In order to maintain high quality standards, we have coordinate measuring machines and contour graphs in air-conditioned measuring rooms. In addition to the usual measuring equipment, digital measuring projectors and measuring endoscopes are used in production.
Our quality control already begins with the selection of suppliers, and ends with the successful processing of our products by the end customer. Our documented control during the manufacturing process ensures that the products delivered to you are flawless.
Furthermore, every machining operation performed by us undergoes a 100% visual inspection. For special requirements, fault characteristics in the tube end area can be reliably detected by our camera system, and the items ejected. This requires customer-specific specifications that can be determined in close cooperation with you.
We are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001. This makes us an approved supplier to the automotive industry. In addition, we have a conformity assessment according to IATF 16949.
